One of the main virtues of the project is the point of arrival and the entrance hall.  Upon arrival,  instead of a narrow space,  the user enters the apartment in a grand,  generous foyer,  which leads to a bedroom and a spacious living room.  It was an attribute that the client immediately fell in love with,  so the design highlighted this feature.  During the floorplan development,  a priority was to keep the intimacy of the bedroom,  while having a continuous,  grandiose series of spaces in the whole flat.  Opening together the kitchen-living-dining room comfortably suits hosting bigger groups of people and the room is well-defined and functionally ordered by characteristic items and furniture.

In addition,  the one-bedroom,  elaborate apartment incorporates a washing room,  a walk-in closet, and a bathroom that is accessible directly from the bedroom.

The apartment's furniture,  complemented by various art pieces is reminiscent of the client's New York years.  The property's style is a blend of modern and Japanese styles with the eclectic mood of Budapest and New York.  This mixture provides an exciting and cozy atmosphere to the flat.
