Our newest boutique hotel project in Innsbruck is a true testament to the artistry of design and architecture.  Located in the heart of the city next to the famous Imperial Palace,  this building boasts a rich history that we've taken great care to preserve and highlight. 

The original murals,  stuccos,  and windows facing the snowy mountains have been meticulously restored to their former glory.  As a UNESCO protected site,  we faced many challenges during the renovation process,  but our team rose to the occasion and found innovative solutions that blend the old and the new seamlessly. 

Take the passageway,  for example.  Its unique and irregular shape presented a challenge,  but we found a way to unify the space with warm walnut paneling,  geometric tiling,  and subtle LED lighting. This contemporary touch adds a new dimension to the historical atmosphere of the building,  creating a truly memorable experience for the guests. 

The rooms themselves are a perfect reflection of the building's original character.  We've incorporated the ornate ceilings and frescoes into the design,  using warm wooden elements,  off-white and beige color schemes,  and natural travertine surfaces to create a cozy,  inviting space.  The contemporary furniture with soft materials and edges offers a modern comfort that perfectly complements the historical charm of the building.
